Q: What do I need to do to become a member?
A: If you are 18 years or older and have a valid email address, all you need to do is go to the registration page and submit your email address, create your member ID and create your member login password into the system. Registration is that simple.
Q: How may my email address be used in the club?
A: You can use your email address to login to the system, to send and retrieve email to and from other members, to get notification of the changes in your profile or settings, and to get notification of the upcoming events.
Q: Will the email address I provide be given or sold to any third party systems?
A: No. The protection of your privacy is our first priority. Your email address will solely be used within www.mysingleclub.com. We will never give away or sell any information of any of our members to any third parties.
Q: Can I change my email address anytime?
A: Yes. You can change your email address anytime and as many times as you want. After you log in, go to "Preference", then find the "Email Address" link to make changes.
Q: How to create my member ID and login password?
A: We let our members create their own member IDs and member login password. But the system will assign
you a random password for the first time registration. You may change your login password by going
to "Preference" after login. The member ID must be unique. The system will automatically check whether
the member ID is unique during registration. A valid member ID also has to fulfill the following
guidelines.
- Any combination of letters from "a" to "z" and digits from 0 to 9;
- Must be at least 3 and no more than 20 (10 for password) characters or digits or combination of characters and digits in length;
- Must not have spaces;
- Not case sensitive, that means character "A" will be considered the same as character "a".
Your member ID is part of your profile, and can be viewed by other members. However, we allow you to change your member ID. After you log in, go to "Preference", then find the "Member ID" link to make changes.
Q: How many items do I need to fill out to set up my profile?
A: The follow lists all of the items in your profile. Most of the items default to "No answer".

Q: After my profile is set up, can other members see my profile and reply to me immediately?
A: No. Your profile will be under review when first time it is set up. The approval process will take less than 24 hours. Also each time after you make changes to your photos or brief introduction, your profile will be under review for approval. You won't be able to reply to other members while your profile is under review.
Q: Can I search members by the member IDs?
A: Yes. The Quick Search function in our system is designed specifically for searching for specific members by member ID. Or you can utilize our Advanced Search feature to search more members by regions.
Q: Can I prevent my profile from being seen by other members without deleting my profile?
A: Yes. There is an option for you to inactivate your profile. After you log in, go to "Preference", then find the "Inactivate My Profile" link to make changes. Remember, you wouldn't be able to reply to other members if your profile is inactivated.
